Pedestrian Bridge Construction
- Visualization of the construction stages of a pedestrian bridge.
- Sometimes, it’s not just the final result that matters most, but the journey to get there.
- In this case, a visualization of the end result alone wasn’t enough.
- In addition to the final design, the entire construction process was visualized.
Molenkade Street Modernization – Dussen
- Visualization of the redesign of a rural street.
- The municipality is planning to redevelop the southern part of Molenkade in Dussen.
- This area will be upgraded: more greenery, more parking spaces, more room for pedestrians, and improved rainwater drainage.
- Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the municipality of Altena couldn’t present the project during a public consultation evening.
- To still provide residents with a clear picture, a project visualization was included in a letter sent to households.
Bicycle Path Reconstruction – Dierdonk
- The municipality of Helmond planned this reconstruction for autumn 2021.
- Due to the pandemic, in-person meetings weren’t possible, so digital participation was used.
- On behalf of BEECKK Ruimtemakers, a realistic 3D visualization of the new situation was created,
allowing residents to clearly see the planned changes to their environment.
Smart Hubs
- Smart Hubs are mobility points where shared cars, bikes, buses, and other transportation options come together.
- They are ideal for people without personal transport.
To explain this new and innovative concept, a short visualization was created. - Thanks to realistic animations and high detail, the project builds trust and receives positive responses from both residents and decision-makers.
Urban Street Modernization
- Visualization of a redesigned city street.
- Urban streets serve both transport and recreational functions.
- Limited space can create tension between different road users.
- By allocating more space to pedestrians and cyclists, a calmer and safer environment can be created.
- Photorealistic visualizations can effectively convince all stakeholders of the project’s value.
Toronto – City Visualization
- Toronto is Canada’s largest city with 2.9 million residents.
- It’s considered one of the most livable cities in the world.
- For those who haven’t had the chance to visit, a 360° 3D virtual experience is available.
You can admire - Toronto’s skyline from the water or take a virtual walk on the CN Tower.
Grade-Separated Intersection
- A grade-separated intersection is one where traffic flows do not cross at the same level, using bridges, tunnels, or overpasses.
- While this improves traffic flow, it often has a major impact on the surrounding space.
- To inform residents, investors, and stakeholders clearly, a 360° visualization was created.
- The realistic animation, high level of detail, and spatial context provide a credible view of the project.
- Everyone can focus on what matters most to them – at their own pace.
